These Terms govern your use of the disposable email service provided by mailnesty.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service lets you create temporary email addresses without registration and read mail received at those addresses for a limited time.
Temporary addresses and received mail are automatically and permanently deleted when their lifetime expires. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
You must not use the Service for: illegal activities, impersonation, sending spam, creating accounts for fraudulent purposes, infringing the rights of others, or interfering with the operation of the Service.
Do not use temporary addresses for important accounts (banking, work, etc.). Once mail expires you may permanently lose access to such accounts.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of completeness, timeliness, or preservation of mail.
Temporary addresses are quasi-public. The same address may be reissued to another user after expiry, so never use the Service to receive sensitive information.
The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of account access, data loss, or undelivered mail.
The Service may display third-party advertising such as Google AdSense. Cookie usage related to advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
